Shizuoka prefecture boosts the highest production volume of wasabi in Japan. To expand overseas demand, a first ever wasabi event for restaurant professions as well as general public will be held in Singapore.
For restaurant professions, seminar will be conducted by renowned Chef-owner Teppei Yamashita from Man Man Japanese Unagi Restaurant.
For general public, a cooking demo will be presented by Local Celebrity Chef Mrs. Catherina Hosoi of Culinary Hobby Class.
Expect new, exciting and creative recipes showcasing the versatility of wasabi products!
